Old corrugated cardboard, or OCC, is a general term for what most people consider standard cardboard. About ninety percent of shipments within the United States are sent in OCC, and it is one of the easiest types of material to recycle. With baled cardboard recycling with Evergreen Fiber Sales, your company can get rid of your OCC in a safe, easy, and sustainable way that benefits everyone involved. We know that companies of all sizes often have excess of OCC, and we want to help rid you of the excess with our baled cardboard recycling.

Our baled cardboard recycling broker services will take your old cardboard and prepare it to be remade into something new. Your large bales of used cardboard will be transported to facilities where they will be recycled into new cardboard and paper products. If you are already familiar with baled cardboard recycling, you likely know the general standards required of your cardboard bales. What goes into your baler must consist only of corrugated containers what have liners of either kraft or test liner.

Prohibitive materials, or anything that will keep the recycled product from maintaining usability at its particular grade, may not exceed 1% of the overall bale makeup. Additionally, the combination of outthrows (materials that must be removed before baled cardboard recycling is possible) and prohibitives may not exceed 5% of the overall makeup.

For all of your commercial baled cardboard recycling needs, Evergreen Fiber Sales is here to help. We are committed to providing solutions for all companies’ business waste recycling needs.
